Pelter I 2016
The flagship wine of the Pelter winery.
The wine is produced only in years of a rare vintage. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes were handpicked from vineyards in the Golan Heights and in the Jerusalem Hills area. The four varietals stood out in their quality during the initial processing and continued to evolve in the wooden barrels in an exceptional way.
Characterized by flavors and aromas of currant, black raspberry, with a rich seasoning of cinnamon, licorice, cocoa and eucalyptus. The wine is balanced ,complexed and elegant.
A total of 2322 bottles and 100 Magnums were bottled.
