1 CB 2016 - The flagship wine of Matar Winery, produced mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes with a little Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The four varieties stood out for their quality during initial processing and continued to develop exceptionally as they aged. A 30 month aging process in French oak barrels. The wine has many layers, full body and impressive complexity.
