Arak Anab | 700 ml.
A delicate Israeli arak, made from French Colombard and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and seasoned with star anise, anise seeds, fennel and a touch of cinnamon. The arak is distilled 4 times in an Alembic still. After the first distillation, between the secon and third distilations, the botanicals are macerated for a day. The refining is slow, while maintaining the maximum aroma of the raw material.
